Katie Butler was born in Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish. Upon graduation, she moved to South Florida to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude [with honors]. During her time there, she served as a student government representative, Moot Court board member, and Law Review board member. Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Katie began her legal career in the personal injury field, handling various types of injury cases, including automobile accidents, premise liability, slip and fall, dog bites, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, burn injuries, and boating accidents.
Katie has handled thousands of personal injury cases from start to settlement and fights zealously to ensure injured clients receive the compensation they are legally entitled to and to ensure that their claims are handled properly and timely by insurance companies.
